Masuma Kermalli-Virji serves as Trustee of SP Funds Trust and Director of SP Canada. She has collaborated with universities, government officials, and several prominent organizations, including founding a non-profit and running it as Board Chair/CEO for 15 years. Masuma is skilled in networking, marketing, and event planning. Her commitment to community-building, education and leadership has garnered recognition in media and at academic and religious events, advancing inclusive, values-driven services.

Omar Mohammed, Chief Technology Officer, brings over 12 years of software consulting experience, specializing in automation for large enterprises in federal government and healthcare. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida. A seasoned financial and real estate investor, Omar leverages his expertise in technology and finance to drive innovation and support the evolving needs of SP ZeroFinance’s clients.

Abdelrahman Zeini, Esq., is an experienced attorney, with over 17 years of expertise in Real Estate, Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Trusts. He earned his Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from Florida A&M University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Mr. Zeini’s extensive legal expertise is crucial in ensuring the company’s compliance with Sharia principles, particularly in structuring ethical, Shariah-compliant financing solutions in the realm of Islamic finance.

Glenn Vitale is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. He is sole principal & shareholder of Glenn M. Vitale, CPA, P.A., which was established in Altamonte Springs, FL in 1999. Glenn has over 40 years’ experience in business consulting & taxation, individual taxation & planning, business & fiduciary accounting, fiduciary taxation, CFO services to corporations, trustee & trust administration services and asset protection & estate planning.

With over twenty years’ experience consulting for Big 4 firms such as KPIMG, Bearingpoint, and Deloitte, Naeem Randhawa leads SP Funds with global expertise. He has managed major projects for Fortune 1000 companies like VMware, Dell, and FedEx. Recognized by Islamica 500 in 2018 and 2019 for pioneering the first Halal real estate crowdfunding platform, Naeem holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Montreal and has worked in Malaysia, Dallas, and internationally.

A valued member of the ShariaPortfolio group since 2007, Murtaza Kermalli brings more than 15 years of banking experience and 12 years in the insurance sector. He earned his Diploma in Banking while at The Commercial Bank of Kuwait and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from De Sales University in Pennsylvania. Murtaza is dedicated to both his profession and his family, taking pride in spending quality time with his wife, three children, and thirteen grandchildren.

Imran Virji graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He has gained valuable experience as an administrative assistant in wealth management services, developing strong skills in financial planning and client relations. Imran’s commitment to transparency and responsible finance is shaped by his diverse experiences living throughout the United States and Abu Dhabi, UAE. He brings an international outlook and a people-centered approach to all he does.

Ahmad Elfarmawi is a finance professional working on completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida with a minor in Data Analytics.
Ahmad brings hands-on experience in financial analysis, market research, and project management, complemented by a strong background in community engagement and leadership.

With an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Molly Persaud brings two decades of experience in the Elementary Education field to her current role. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to serving others, embodying a strong commitment to her community and her family. Outside of her professional endeavors, Molly enjoys spending quality time with her family and grandchildren, cherishing every moment and making memories.
